Your mission
As a Project Engineer, you will design and build the battery packs of the future:
•Create preliminary designs for battery packs with our core technology for different sets of requirements and applications
•Translate these preliminary designs into production ready designs
•Organize the sourcing and production of parts for prototype packs
•Supervise the manufacturing and testing of prototype packs
•Develop improvements of our existing technology, as well as novel ideas
• As a Senior, you additionaly take end-to-end responsibility for complex battery pack projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and strategically drive technical innovation
Your profile
We are looking for Project Engineers (Full-time) to join our team:
•You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
•Ideally, you already have work experience in industry, especially in the design of battery systems
•You are proficient in CAD, as well as fluid and/or structural simulation
•You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English and have strong presentation skills
•You like to go hands-on in the workshop or testing facility
•You are passionate about mobility, sustainability, and deep tech
•Level of entry depending on professional working experience: As a Senior, you have several years of experience in developing complex technical systems (ideally battery systems) and take technical responsibility within interdisciplinary projects
